Wildlife Photos

Wildlife abounds in East Sooke. The small offshore island in front of the cottage offers some excellent wildlife viewing opportunities. The cottage also has its own private dock where you can view interesting sea life, especially at low tide. Hummingbirds are abundant and if you're alert, patient & very quiet, you may even catch a glimpse of the elusive otter!
